Blueberry Walnut Smoothie (Recipe)

Blueberry Walnut Smoothie Recipe- 


Ingredients:
1 cup Apple Juice
1 Banana
1 1/2 cups Frozen Blueberries
1/2 cup Frozen Raspberries (or Strawberries, or Mixed Berries)
1/4 Cup Walnuts
4-6 Ice Cubes (Optional)

Directions:
Add all ingredients to the blender, and optional ice cubes. Blend until smooth.

Makes 2 1/2 Servings.
